Open call 2025/2026

The field called, and the region answered with an inspiring range of proposals!

Pan-Adria thanks all contemporary dance authors and productions who answered this year's Open Call by submitting bold, ambitious projects.
A jury of seven, mirroring a network of seven contemporary dance partner institutions, carefully reviewed all proposals, deliberated extensively, and conducted interviews with shortlisted individuals and collectives. Here are the results!

Meeting the criteria of a novel, transformative, radical, emancipatory and/or sustainable artistic vision, the jury decided to select as the Pan-Adria 2025/2026 fellow:

Psychoreography (working title) by Jan Rozman, produced by Emanat, Ljubljana.

Congratulations!

In Psychoreography, Jan Rozman embarks on a journey through all realms of human existence. By choreographing the human in cyberspace – internet space, the project tackles the augumented reality into which our bodies and lives have been expanded, by skillfully transitioning between physical, imaginary and cybernetic spaces of movement. The author explores all this in the most analog way possible, using humour to ease the path to confronting the most serious conundrums of our reality.

Pan-Adria welcomes the Pan-Adria 2025/2026 fellow and looks forward to the premiere!

We encourage all applicants to keep sharing their vision and we hope to cross paths in the future. Taking up the region to take on the field!
