Zagreb Dance Center

The first public space and infrastructure designed with the sole purpose of being the center for contemporary dance and choreography in the region, this dance center has been THE dance center in Croatia since 2009. Advocating diversity and plurality of artistic visions and audience competences, the center is the motor of a dynamic and propulsive contemporary dance scene, bridging artists and citizens, audiences and communities, and generations and schools alike. The contemporary dance program spans regional and international productions and co-productions, talents and guests, residencies, classes, lectures and workshops, audience development and engagement across generations as well as cross-border networking, exchange, and collaboration, including Pan-Adria.
